Patrick has extensive experience in project management, regulatory compliance permitting, and litigation support. Patrick has successfully supported oil and gas, renewable energy, and chemical industry clients through every aspect of their project, from site characterization to development, and through remediation and closure. His scope of work has been extremely diverse throughout his career, providing support in various fields including wetland science, ecology, agronomic assessments, soil science, soil remediation, water quality, threatened and endangered species, NORM and regulatory compliance.  Patrick is a Subject Matter Expert, Professional Wetland Scientist, Certified Senior Ecologist and founder of REES.
